CHARACTERISTICS
Our waste management system effectively addresses various critical areas in corrugated paper production. First of all, focus on the optimization of the waste generated by the casemakers.
By intervening in this phase of the process, we can identify and proactively manage the waste produced during the cutting and shaping of boxes. Also, our system treats the waste generated by cutters and corrugators. These machines can generate a significant amount of waste during the process of cutting and stamping paper pieces. By implementing measures to efficiently collect and transport this waste, we help minimize material loss and keep the work area clean. Last but not least, our system also addresses the waste of mail sheets. Paper sheets can suffer losses during handling, cutting and other manufacturing processes. Our solution was designed to minimize these losses and optimize the use of material, thus contributing to a more sustainable and profitable production.
