By intervening at this stage of the process, we can proactively identify and manage waste produced during box cutting and forming. Additionally, our system addresses the waste generated by die cutters and corrugators. These machines can generate a significant amount of waste during the process of cutting and stamping cardboard pieces. By implementing measures to efficiently collect and transport this waste, we help minimize material loss and keep the work area clean. Last but not least, our system also addresses cardboard sheet waste. Cardboard sheets can experience losses during handling, cutting and other manufacturing processes. Our solution is designed to minimize these losses and optimize the use of the material, thus contributing to a more sustainable and profitable production.
